A documentary film crew gathers for a research project that takes them on a harrowing expedition through a remote desert filled with narrow and treacherous slot canyons. Only two of the assembled crew know the real purpose of the project. Once the crew gets into the heart of slot canyons, an unforeseen life-threatening situation arises that tests the depth of every team member's primal instinct to survive - in a very unforgiving and uncharted territory that may even be supernatural.
