Signing Naturally is an exceptional teaching and learning experience. It is the ASL curriculum used at most major colleges and universities in the United States and Canada, and has been used with unprecedented success in high schools and continuing education programs. Signing Naturally provides students with the cultural awareness and signing skills needed to interact effectively in the deaf community.
The Signing Naturally Level 3 materials expand on the successful techniques of Signing Naturally. Several units focus on building narrative skills, moving from an informal to a more formal presentation. Other units focus on developing language skills used in everyday life, and the skills needed to explain ideas or concepts.
In Level 3, the Signing Stories video exposes students to a variety of signers in eight separate narratives.
