 Product Description

31% of hearing aid wearers still find it challenging to hear well and participate in noisy scenarios, such as restaurants, small groups in a professional office or classroom, family get-togethers, or large groups such as board meetings and lecture halls.  When you combine the Roger Table Mic II transmitter with the Roger Neckloop receiver, the user will be able to communicate, participate and contribute more efficiently.  The Roger Table Mic II picks up the speaker’s voice(s) and transmits to the Roger Neckloop receiver to increase the volume and reduce the background noise.  Enhanced speech clarity is provided directly to the users hearing aid(s) or cochlear implant(s) that are fitted with a telecoil.  A separate headphone is available for non-hearing aid users (see Accessories tab).

Roger Table Mic II transmitter

Phonak Roger microphones were designed specifically to boost the performance of your hearing aids or cochlear implants. In a business meeting with multiple participants scenario, place the Roger table mic II /transmitter in the center of a table and press the button.  The TableMic II will wirelessly transmit to the Roger Neckloop receiver to bridge the understanding gap due to a speaker’s distance and reduce distracting background noise to provide exceptional speech clarity.  Through Phonak’s innovative MultiBeam 360° sound technology, the microphone will focus on the person who is talking and then switch automatically from one participant to another. The MultiTalker Network allows several Roger microphones to be connected, providing you with access to multiple talkers in any situation.

Roger Neckloop Receiver

When used with a Roger microphone transmitter such as the Table Mic II, the Roger Neckloop receiver will wirelessly transmit the speaker’s voice directly to the listeners hearing aid(s) or cochlear implant(s) that are fitted with a telecoil (T-Coil).  The neckloop increases the ability to understand speech in challenging listening situations such as background noise or where there’s distance from the conversation partner/speaker. It continuously monitors the environment so noise suppression and gain settings adjust automatically to provide the best possible speech understanding.  If you would prefer to use the Roger Neckloop receiver without hearing aids, see the "Accessories" tab to order a separate headphone.
